5. Online Banking Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your online banking credentials. You must:

• Keep your username and password confidential
• Not share your credentials with anyone
• Report any suspicious activity immediately
• Use secure devices and networks when accessing your account

6. Liability and Disputes

We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized transactions if you have failed to protect your account credentials. You must report unauthorized transactions within 60 days of the statement date. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK banking regulations.

7. Account Closure

Either party may close an account at any time with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to close accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity. Any outstanding balances must be settled before account closure.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of your account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
